Join us in person on the first three Thursdays of the month at 3:00PM for Sound Healing Bingo, a creative and engaging way to explore the benefits of sound healing while participating in a fun group activity.

 

Participants can enjoy the soothing effects of various sound instruments, such as singing bowls and chimes, while playing an interactive game that encourages relaxation and community connection.

 

Sound Healing Bingo offers a delightful experience for everyone and is designed to enhance well-being and foster a sense of belonging within our community.
